Experience
I have 10 years experience working in the health and wellness field in various positions such as a Clinical Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a Corporate Wellness Dietitian and Health Coach, as well as a Public Health Nutritionist. In these positions I:
Evaluated and educated participants on their biometric numbers including: blood glucose, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides, BMI, blood pressure, and weight.
Provided lifestyle behavioral recommendations to help participants improve their biometric numbers through motivational interviewing.
Utilized scientific research to educate participants on the importance of weight management, eating a balanced diet, exercise, and dietary guidelines to improve overall biometric numbers and lead a healthier lifestyle.
Through active listening, guided participants in creating a wellness vision and setting realistic SMART goals to cultivate the best version of themselves
Provided individual and family nutrition counseling (women, infants, children) of diverse cultural backgrounds by assisting participants to actively work towards better health.
Helped patients and their families create realistic behavior change that aligns with their personal goals, budget, and education level.

Nice to meet you and welcome to my coaching. I'd love to share a bit about myself.
I was inspired to pursue a life in health and wellness about 15 years ago while living in South Korea. Living in a new country you adopt new behaviors and lifestyle changes.
At first, I was frustrated living in a small apartment, walking everywhere and having a tiny refrigerator. Until I realized how much it drastically changed and organized my life for the better. My overall health and wellness improved.
I simply made a few changes and consistently was able to follow them.
I realized that was the key...
It was simple, realistic and consistent. It was a lifestyle.
After becoming a Registered Dietitian and Health Coach, I experienced exhaustion and burnout while working in the healthcare field. I was deeply frustrated and unsure how to manage my wellness in these environments. I couldn't achieve my health and wellness goals because I never had time to recharge.
I realized then, that I would never meet my goals unless I prioritized my need for solitude and to pay more attention to my nervous system. I started to reorganize my day with this in mind.
I started building my life around my temperament FIRST. Let's be honest, if your nervous system isn't together, nothing else will be either.
I combined my interpersonal life with my professional life.
Hence: Inpath Health - the combination of Introvert + Empath. I want to help guide other introverts, empaths and HSPs to the lifestyle they deserve.
Life is about having a lifestyle you want and also achieving your goals. It's about honoring what you can't change - being an introvert, empath and HSP.
